A year ago today..

I was still in hair school..working at Wal-Mart..and single. A year ago today I was telling anyone who I talked to about relationships that if I got into one..it was for all the marbles..well maybe not all..but it was going to be a serious relationship.Fast forward to October..that’s when him and I started dating..I still kept my distance cause I was sure about us. It’s funny how things turn out. Here I am now packing up my stuff from the first apartment I have ever rented…getting ready to move in with him. 7 months have passed..and in those months I’ve fallen in love, got a full time job, building my career, and just plain happy with things. Although I’m only 21 and still have a lot of things left, I feel that I am at a point in life where I feel okay to be happy.

I still can’t believe that it is second last night here..too many memories that I will always hold close to me.
